And when is the last time the regular season conference champ from a "power" conference didn't receive an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament?

They'll get more than one. Guaranteed. No way they freeze out the rest of that crap conference, no matter how much they deserve it. Worst quality basketball I've ever seen from a "major" conference.

KG215 and historical perspective. It never fails.
85-86 Texas, I think.

Re: 2011/12 Observation Deck
So Texas might have clinched a spot in the tournament last night.
NW is officially out. But it's interesting how fluid this bubble mess is every year. Everyone was talking about NW having to win to have a chance, but no one was or is talking about the team that beat them. Minny is 19-13 now and if they follow up beating a bubble team such as NW with a win vs Michigan, suddenly bracketologists are keeping an eye on them again. Win against OSU/Purdue and they're virtually in. There might be 7 Big 10 teams dancing yet.

The expansion has even further cheapened all the "bracketology" nonsense. I love the tournament, but 64 was plenty.

Henson is injured, likely out for the rest of the year. This sucks for UNC, and for whichever team looking to draft Henson.

This is a statute they installed in downtown Indy.
It's either John Wooden or Hank Hill, not sure. Those things over his left shoulder are a pair of legs cut off at the thigh, there's like 6 sets of them surrounding him. So he's in the middle of a circle jerk. Well done.

Henson got hurt, sat out the rest of the game, had no wrap or ice on his arm and is likely to play with minimal issues going forward.
Otherwise thanks for the report.

Even if Henson was lost for the year IMO it wouldn't change the chances of UNC making a final 4 run. McAdoo is a monster waiting to be unleashed.

But if will affect Henson in the upcoming NBA draft. He either has to play another year for UNC or accept the fate of being selected in later first round or even second round.

A-10 just became a bid thief conference if St Louis doesn't win it all.
They and Temple are already in.

Are you really this stupid? Did you completely ignore the part where they showed Henson on the bench moving his wrist with no wrap or ice? Did you hear them say multiple times it doesn't appear to be broken?
But yeah, I'm sure that sprained wrist is going to raise some serious durability red flags with NBA teams and his draft stock is going to plummet. Of course it would be the first time a player's draft stock falls solely because of a minor wrist injury.
