I remember when Bush took over for Clinton , and in place was going to be an experimental energy plant , that
was I believe going to be in AZ or NM and the air pollutants were going to be recycled , and remainder was going to go into the ground.
It was revolutionary at the time , but Bush the oil tycoon , vetoed the test , and so it went awash.
Imagine if it would of been tested , and 20 years later we would not have coal plants and a conversion to electric cars would of been well
