I loved watching j-will aka white chocolate in his early years with the kings. man that team with webber and divac. just so fun to watch those guys make spectacular passes to each other. but the kings made it farther in the playoffs with mike bibby. he was really a huge factor in the 2002 playoffs with those kings, especially in WCF against the lakers (too bad they lost that series, i was so ruding for them that year). so in their primes i would take bibby over williams.

I personally believe (and still a lil pissed even though the Kings had some success) that they traded Jason Williams too soon.

He didn't even get a fair chance imo before they shipped him out.

I remember how Bill Walton used to hate on him during the telecasts ("Just throw a regular pass, this isn't the playground")

White Chocolate's unpredictability made the Kings a VERY dangerous team and honestly the Lakers got lucky when they traded him cause Kobe didn't wanna see J-Dub when they matched up.

Kobe used to switch on White Chocolate and J-Will used to do him.

Throwing oops to Stromile Swift wasn't quite the same as throwing them to C-Webb and after Hubie Brown got a hold of him, though he truly taught him the game of basketball, it took his uniqueness away from him and he was never the same.

Coulda been the best PG in the 2000's.

Mike Bibby to me was a better overall point guard. The thing to me that took away from Jason Williams was his horrible shot selection. Every game you could count on him to at least jack up a three without ever getting the offense to setup three to five times a game. And he would only make one of those if that. White Chocolate had some of the best handles of all time though and he was more fun to watch.

But in terms of having the best chance to win, I'd pick Bibby ten out of ten times.

Mike Bibby definitely has been the better player, although Williams was really fun to watch in the first part of his career.

That said, Williams didn't get proper credit for becoming a good qb at the point guard position at the end of his career.
