When the wife and I were trying to get pregnant I had to go jerk off in a cup to see if my little guys were swimming. They told me to abstain 3 days before but not more than 7. Apparently after that time things get recycled.

the hardest part for me is at night and early in the morning when i wake up. Throughout the day it seems to go fine. Im only on day 4 though

yup yup..I had the same feeling some years ago when I went on a fap break. It lasted quite a while, but the few times i broke it, I felt like shiit afterwards, and less of a man cause I couldnt use self control. Luckily, my smang drought ended as well shortly after, so I had some release.
Now a days, i fap only every 3rd day or so, not too crazy..I think my libido can handle that

No I have a girl I've been hooking up with so it hasn't been too unbearable. I don't think I would last this long without getting it foreal.

I didn't have problems beforehand but I've noticed I'm a little more forward with girls and I'm more decisive. If I wanna get with someone, I don't really think twice about it and just go for it now. I would imagine people who do it heavily and have some social interaction issues would see these type of benefits magnified. Think how far along porn has gone.. it went from magazines, to nude scenes in movies, to naked pics online, to downloaded vids on kazaa, to now multiple tabs of streaming porn sites. The instant gratification is too much and people's minds are becoming rewired because of it.
