Yh I used to have bad social anxiety when I was younger, now I am the most confident guy in the room, losing weight + having a massive growth spurt going from 5'3 to just over 6 feet from when I was 17 to 20 helped massively

Agreed. Was never able to restrain myself from doing it for more than a week til i got to college and thus, i become easily spook by bullies and their insults. Good thing that's not the case often now because i can finally keep a good streak going. It's like a freaking drug lol. And looking good personally did help too. I used to be so thin and slender but today, i became thick and have a meso-ecto build after engaging in weightlifting. So that aided me in building self-confidence too.

Nah, even when I'm not doing this (currently day 5), I don't jerk it every day let alone multiple times a day.
