It's April 1st today so I have set myself some new goals

1. Pure semen retention for four months, NoFap and No Sex

2. Get to 170 pounds by August 1st - current weight 194 pounds

I screwed up during the middle of march which was around 3 weeks ago i believe, so that became my most recent as of this posting. But before that happened, i was able to keep a streak of at least 40 days which is not bad at all and that obviously included the full month of february. However, the aftermath of the relapse was so crap because it's really hard to start a streak again once it happens.

The usual i feel more confident about myself and able to recover from anxiety attacks better. Which also led me to become more talkative/imaginative and be outgoing towards people when i used to be shy and the silent type.

But odd enough tho after doing so and then later the same day during a workout i felt more powerful and less exhausted the last time i did fap. While i often avoid it whenever i had other workouts in the past i feel more strained usually.
