Baron deserves like 18 minutes and Lin should be at like 30. Lin should remain the starter unless he really does poorly and Baron does well. Very simple. But Baron hasn't done enough this year to earn the starting spot over Lin (who has done a lot more).

I get the feeling even if you put Davis in the starting position the Knicks first unit would still stink. The second unit is playing much much better.

Lin can't even play D IMO give Lin 22 Min and 8 Min to Shumpert

Lin should be given a shot at SG. He's a good scorer but not a pg-level ballhandler. He's undoubtedly a spark and needs to be out there but the turnovers can potentially kill you. Let him just focus on scoring.

IF this made sense (which it doesn't) for performance reasons, let me point out Baron said he can play 10-15 minutes at most on average, and said it's "possible" he can get it up to 25 minutes by Season's End. He also implied he might never be able to play that many minutes again because of his back.

So no ,he's not starting unless the NBA shortens the game.

Note: For your own teams, when you have young players in their 20th or so start, do you decide after a bad game that they will never play again? Or is this just how the Knicks should behave?

Lin is basically a shooting PG trying to be a facilitating PG. I think from high school to Harvard was more of a scorer than a "true PG."

Yes of course. Baron Davis had the same amount of turnovers in less minutes.

Lin is the best PG on the team. At this point in his career B. Davis turns the ball over as much as Lin and doesn't have his old explosiveness to compensate for it.

    Hard call to make.

They both have good games and bad games at the same time.

The Knicks whenever we have hyped players.

Play Shumpert 8min a game. Sensible suggestion. Very.

NOt at PG, no it's not. He played PG earlier this year. He was beyond awful and it carried over to the otehr facets of his game. He's played ten times better since PG was taken away.
