Well they don't go to Mars in the new one, because nobody is capable of believing in space travel anymore.

That is not a big enough story change. That is more of a setting change.

He is good in non-American films where he can use his actual accent.

Spiderman was a new movie? Thought it was apart of the same series just a different actor playing Spiderman.

I do agree totally with Hollywood milking remakes and turning tv shows into movies. Surprised Top Gun, Raising Arizona wasnt remade.

You must not have seen it then. They go through the origins all over again.

Doing well, thanks. For some reason, I have been getting nearly constant minor calf cramps, and that has been my focus the last couple of days. At first I thought it was overcompensation, but even after being careful to not overuse my calves, they still cramp. Magnesium levels have been fine too, which is what the doctors expected to see as low considering the cramps after transplant. Ultimately, the cramps are a minor issue though.

As for Spider-man and comic movies, that is one genre I don't mind having movie after movie. I view them like the comics where they crank out new versions and new stories all the time. I just think there needs to be an emphasis on the "new story" part, which the Spider-man movie only does in the second half of the film.

We still have potential with The Bourne Legacy and the Expendables 2...

Sucks that this is getting bad reviews.

The critics are saying what we thought this movie would be: overdone, not fun, pointless, and humorless....that's how the previews make it look. They always take what made the movies fun from the 80s and 90s, and take it away for overblown action and seriousness. I never understand that.

I wonder if Benny is in this one. He has FIVE kids to feed.

exactly right, thats why its pointless to keep remaking these films. what they need to do is make more films in the tone of those 80's/90's films. not copy the story lines pointlessly.

because movie companies know that there is still an audience(80-90's action movie fans) out there who is going to watch it.

I wonder when would they start remaking Seagal or Van Damme movies
