Hmm, I wasn't that impressed with the schnitzel I had at a schnitzelhaus in Frankfurt. Maybe it wasn't a good place for it? I don't know. But I'd like to nominate fried potato cubes. Those were the best part of the "schnitzel meal" I had. Scratch that. The best fried potatoes are latkes! Put those bitches up there.

I really couldn't find the perfect pic, but I love Ackee and Saltfish with Breadfruit. So good.

The green stuff in the plate is Callaloo with is also great. I usually have either Callaloo or Ackee and Saltfish, not both but maybe I should try that. Saltfish, which is salted cod fish, goes well with Callaloo as well.

Also, in the place of breadfruit, you can have boiled green bananas, dumplings and various other things.

People would ask to buy his special rub and he would say it ain't nothing but salt pepper and a little cayenne. Finally he started bottling it. It still ain't nothing but salt, pepper and a little cayenne.
