NBA 2K13 'GENERAL' Discussion

It's by far the most played mode the last few years, so why would it be an afterthought? Flawed and not good enough yet sure but it already IS the main attraction of the game.

Afterthought in terms of development from the 2k people. I thought my point was clear, sorry.

I remember when My Player first came out as that Draft Combine thing and, honestly, it's not much different from what was in 2k12. Granted it's only been a couple years, but still... All the new upgrades to the mode, save for the ai update (which should have never been as horrible as it was), have been bells and whistles. And little girl bike bells and oscar mayer weiner whistle at that. Give me something that changes the dynamic of the mode rather than something that keeps it fresh for all of 1 week.

I agree the upgrades to the mode have been slow... but that's because it's a new mode. A lot of times it takes a couple years to get a new mode/feature rolling then in the 3rd or 4th year it makes a big leap. I'm expecting My Player to improve substantially this year or next.

My Player mode has been renamed to My Career mode. I'll keep on calling it My Player though, force of habit.

The ordering shoe thing is nutty imo. I hope they give gamers a discount or something. Probably not but hey thanks for purchasing the game tho.
As far as gameplay, pretty good. Liking the rebounding.
