ISH's Death Pool 2012

With 2011 coming to a close, it's time for the yearly tradition at ISH: The annual death pool!
This year, I'm going to add something new, if you correctly guess how that person dies, you get +5 bonus points.
Rules remain the same as last year, To get points, subtract 100-person's age. Selected person must be famous. No picking someone with terminal illnesses or anyone on death row, other then that, free game.

Lists are due one week after New Year's Day.
