Watch out Western Conference. If this news is true, we will dominate.

Pretty darn good. Who did the Wolves draft this year? Is Wesley Snipes a total bust?

If Rubio doesn't get injured again, which I doubt he will, Wolves will look pretty darn good. Maybe not top 4 seed good, but enough to get to the playoffs good.

This is actually a great fit. Also, assuming the price is dirt cheap, it's a low-risk potential solid-reward signing for the Wolves.

With Rubio on the team, Roy wouldn't be asked to create much in terms of offense. If he can stick some perimeter shots and do even a fraction of what he used to, he'll already be a better option than Wes Johnson.

Another smart move by the Wolves. (wait, really?)

We traded our 18th pick to Houston for Chase Budinger and with the 58th pick we drafted Robbie Humel from Purdue.

Wes Johnson is a huge bust but I'm sure we'll give him minutes next season to see where his shot is at. He has the right speed, lift, and legs for our system..

Next step: Send Derrick Williams and possibly 2 first round picks to Los Angeles for Gasol.

Make a run in the next 2 years.... Oh man... Can't comprehend how great it'd be to make it to the Finals. I know these Wolves could destroy the Thunder.

They were on track to make it last season before Rubio got hurt. Right now they're right behind Okc, lal, lalc and San Antonio

5 million per year sounds really high but that is going to have a ton of protection in it in case he gets hurt again. I'd be more concerned with how much of it is guaranteed. Regardless, even if Roy comes back as half the player he was 5 million a year for a 20 mpg bench player would be worth it.

Haha I know I'm overreacting but I haven't had this much faith in the Wolves since 2000-2004
