Oh man! You live in TO right? You can get mangosteen at a few of the markets in Chinatown. Go do it next time you're in the area.

Gruyere is amazing, I bake it onto the crust of homemade pizza. I also serve it with my jalapeno relish. Such an amazing cheese - we were getting French gruyere from the St Lawrence Market, but it seems like they only have Swiss now, which is still pretty good.
