LeBron is ambidextrous (Able to use both hands with equal facility.). So I guess there's actually no 'off-hand' for him.

    Bird historically.

Derrick Rose and John Wall are the only ones I know that can go full speed with their left hand in traffic and finish with it like its their good hand. There is no hitch in their game either when they do it.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtLGFvHFfUI Rose
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2oSLHYzv50 Shoots the half court shot like anybody would with their right hand.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kfLbg919OM John Wall never has to pace his steps when he dunks left handed or when going full speed.

Lebron's strength in finishing is crazy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0aMd1GVzN8 Lebron same move as Rose above

In terms of finishing around the rim, I'd say T-Mac, MJ, LeBron, Pippen and Nash.

I would also include Kaman.. He can hook shot on either hands.

That wouldn't be his off-hand then.. measuring someone's off-hand ability is like a measure of how ambidextrous you are. If Lebron is naturally left handed then going right would be him going with his off-hand then.

Wow so he is both naturally a righty and a lefty then?? Seriously it's like someone genetically modified Lebron to play basketball.

If so then Lebron is disqualified.. as far as the semantics of the question I would say MJ because I believed he was born a righty and then practiced so much with his left that he became naturally fluid at both.

If LeBron is normally left-handed, wouldn't his right hand (off hand) be right up there with the best in NBA history?
