Clinton should bring out his saxophone.

Definitely sounds louder than the RNC to me.
Also for all the folks who say there is no difference between the Democrats and the Republicans, check out Elizabeth Warren's speech and tell me where should fit in the Republican party.

You've never had a president in your city before? They shut down everything that can possibly get close to him.

Dude, didn't need his saxophone. He brought his hammer and he laid it down.
That man can give a speech.
He the laid the smack-down with a smile too. That's what I was talking about earlier in this thread about political skills

McCain's campaign manager says it was virtuoso political performance and said he "wishes to God that we had somebody on our side who can do that."

Was it you earlier that said Obama had the same set of skills?? I saw clips of Billy Boy, and while Billy boy has waived his finger at us in the past and lied through his teeth, I will agree that he is a good speaker and was an effective president, albeit for issues here at home.
However, the same can't be said for Obama. The type of "political skills" you think Obama may have is really great oratory skills which any Public Speaking professor will attest to. Hell, even I was moved in 2008 when I was awoken from a nap while Obama was on TV preaching to the masses. However, behind the great orator, is a man with vast inexperience in the entire political spectrum. In a way, it's a shame a man like Newt Gingrich didn't win the nomination for the GOP, as I'm sure he would have run circles around Obama during a live debate.

A brilliant move that paid off.
Several Clinton associates say that this was the moment they realized that Obama truly wanted to win in 2012.
To show how much Obama values Clinton's support and talent, he ruined Rufus's night and made it to NC a day early just to come on on stage right after the speech, so they could get the photo of both of them together.

I did say Clinton and Obama are the two best politicians of my voting lifetime. I was talking about skills and not necessarily performance in office. We'll see Obama's skills on display tomorrow. (I also think Obama has a tremendous number of accomplishments, but that's not why I started this thread.) Also Clinton had his missteps and stumbles too in office, healthcare being probably the number one example. I believe that Clinton was also criticized for inexperience back in that the day.
