Romney had to practice sitting on a stool today , reported by CNN. Those Mormons don't get out much.

Being a boss like he was in the business world...he was probably sitting in a big ass leather chair all day.

I'm actually going to watch this at the local State Theater with my family. And we are pro level snipers, we make fun of everything and anything. So.... should be interesting to see what goes down tonight.

Might be an issue if you're 65.
Didn't know this was at Hofstra. I saw 6 military helicopters flying east over the East River yesterday and was wondering what that was about.

Yeah, I think they're shutting down the campus from 12-12. No one coming in or going out.

Re: Townhall Debate Thread Oct 16.
All this talk about Obama stepping up and "going on attack mode". This is a town-hall style debate, and attack-mode doesn't play well here. Nonetheless, he won't lie down like he did in the first debate. I expect a strong performance, and think he will do a good job connecting with the audience.
Romney -- will likely be strong in this debate, but perhaps have a slightly harder time connecting with his audience. He will likely not be very aggressive at all, and push to look "presidential" now that he has some momentum in the campaign.
End result: It'll be another substance-less debate with both sides declaring victory regardless.

I just don't see Obama winning tonight. Romney's debating/oratory skills rival JFK, FDR, and William Clinton.

If this country votes in Mitt Romney as president, i think it would be a safe bet to say there is no hope for this country improving in any area other than mass consumption of foreign products and dreams.

Oh shit. A motivated Obama. It's over!!!!
The last debate was like Buster Douglas knocking out Mike Tyson. And then an immediate rematch.

People are falling for it though. Romney says "i'm gonna make sure everyone has a job" and ends his turn. While Obama comes off a bit less smooth as he tries to explain how to his answers as opposed to just saying i will, i can, i romney.
