Done.
Like Jalen Rose said, I'm sure Michigan appreciates playing against the zone a bit this game. Assuming one of these Florida 2 minute runs doesn't last at least 5+ minutes.

BEEEELINE needs to tell hardaway JR to stop shooting
stauskas is a zone breaker, and most of michigan can shoot. couldnt say the same about marquette
but i am sure either way, syracuse is taking notice.

Agreed. Hardaway Jr is missing everything. Dude just needs to chill.
The one thing that I think could help Cuse is that Stauskas is the only consistent long range guy. Other can hit them, but I don't know if they can get multiple threes in a row against a way better zone defense like theirs.

Yeah, Syracuse zone defense has won them a championship before with Melo.
21 pt lead right now I can sense the Roses... I mean net cutting. Or whatever lol

And on the "Michigan is loaded with NBA talent" subject.
Chad Ford @chadfordinsider 1h
Michigan has 2 lottery picks - Burke & potentially Robinson III. But 3 other future NBA players in McGary, Hardaway & Stauskas
Can't believe he doesn't think of McGary as a lottery pick. Maybe in not next year's draft, but I could see him going lottery if he decided to enter the draft after this year. I don't expect him to, though.

Re: 2012/13 Observation Deck
I didn't really notice dude until this tourney. I remember stating in another thread that Michigan doesn't have amazing bigs... and maybe they don't have "amazing" bigs, but he's done a great job. That behind the back save was epic. He seems to be really good at stealing the ball for a big guy.
He's better than I thought.

Staukas can shoot the lights out, but he would be a second rounder at best imho.
McGary has been impressive.

Like Dolphin said on the last page, if Andy Rautins can find an NBA bench to sit on for a year, Nik Staukas can, at the very least, do the same. However, he's taller, loner, more athletic, and more agile than Rautins with equal shooting ability. Not saying he'll be an NBA regular/rotation player, but I think he at least gets drafted (I agree, he probably won't ever be a 1st rounder), eventually finds a place to stick, and carves out a 3P specialist niche on the right team.
