Every one? I could get that 99 is the lockout. 07 is obvious. The only thing I was ever upset about with 03 is that the Kings -who had it stolen from them the year before- were the best team and Webber went down with the injury, costing them a chance that year and the next. That stings more than the average injury, but it can't have any impact on that title having an asterik. So I can't figure out what the hell the argument would be. 2005...I really have no idea.

They lost to Phoenix in 2000, in the first round.

if he hated them they wouldnt win 4 rings. they won all their rings without any dominance. that shows if stern wanted to he could've fukked them against any great exciting team and make duncan another karl malone.

You're forgetting a little thing like Duncan, his knee injury and resulting surgery.

It's nice to see that it was a non-Spurs player who said this. Then again, maybe this is Kaman auditioning for the Spurs.

Was ?Donaghy the only official on the court?

Yeah. Simmons has written some stupid shit in the past (like his constant waffling on Lebron's legacy), but this is probably the worst.

He tried to sabotage Spurs with Rodman

No space for another post player with Duncan, Tiago and the Spurs signing a 7 foot Australian this past week.

Suns had every chance to extend the series in 2007

    Final game of the series:

    Amare - 38 points, 12 rebounds, 4 blocks
    S. Nash - 18 points, 14 assists, 3 three's

    Suns... still lost... not surprising.

Spurs were the better team and had the Suns' number in the 2000's.... They didn't beat SA in the playoffs till Duncan was 33 years old.

I agree with you and know what you're saying but you can't go from Rose to Webber and Nowitzki and then directly to Perkins.

Was that the same year that Jalen Rose said they lost before they stepped on the court because of D'Antoni not having a game plan to stop Duncan?

    yes it was.

    In that game:

    Manu - 33 points
    Tony - 30 points
    Tim - 24 points

You have 4 titles so don't be condescending. Nash sat out a million minutes down the stretch of the first game and the Amare ruling cost the Suns over two games.

You had calls that whole series and there wasn't anyone who wasn't complaining about it. No, San Antonio wasn't better.

Going by the way you argue, you would think the Spurs are an overlooked team. People may find them boring, but the Spurs aren't overlooked by anyone. Everyone and their dog's neutered balls call Duncan the best PF ever and say it isn't close. Everyone talks up Popovich to the point that if you disagree with anything he says or does you get dosed with the Kobe argument, minus one ring, and with a lecture or dismissive comment about how Pop knows what he's doing.
