If you've seen any of the symptoms I would be suspicious of being cheated on.
I think he is experiencing #9: random outburst of crying, complete sorrow for something he is not aware of doing, and a lack of interest in sex when she's been sexually attractive prior to that.
I'm guessing she does care for him, but someone else came along which was sexually attracted to her; she's unsure if it'll work with him, but the sex is exciting, so she keeps on seeing him, but then she realizes she's doing something wrong and feels bad about it. Out of this feeling of remorse, she finds sympathy towards him (harvard) and experiences a sense of guilt, hence why she feels the need to display a higher degree of sensitivity by telling him she loves him while crying about it. Although she loves him, she is getting her sexual pleasures somewhere else and the sex between her and him dwindles, but she will engage in it just to cover her tracks and please him while at the same time seeing the other guy.
This contradiction in her emotions could be the reason why she is emotionally insecure and crying for no reason at all.

I'm sorry you guys can't spell, and that my persistent intellectual domination over you truly upsets you and forces you to make erroneous claims about my weight and proper use of the English language.
I'd help you if I could, but I don't know how.

Then how do you explain being completely unaware of it after several posts?
I even said, "doughnut is the only acceptable spelling"
And you proceeded to post a link of the spelling of "doughnut"
