If the league consisted of 4 teams, every team, every rosterspot aside from these players consided of exact the same producing players I'd definately take Kareem. Jordan obviously is the best talent, but who could stop Kareem? In the paint there would be still Kareem to challange Jordan or Lebron, who would challange Kareem? Bird would be a close second for me in this setting.

If there were specific teams, with setups fitting to those players Jordan would be my choice.
