Did you skip primary school? Two "incidents" make a line, three indicate a pattern.
In any case, the whole Rondo/Allen beef thing was spiced up by the media and by Ray himself. Ray left because Miami was in a better position to get him another ring, plain and simple. It had nothing to do with money or with Rondo or with his role or any of that bullsh*t. And, as a Celtic fan, I'm fine with that, except he didn't admit it and instead spent weeks talking sh*t.
This is why you shouldn't talk about a team unless you're enough of a fan of that team to do the due diligence to inspect your claims. This is straight bullsh*t.
Read the accounts of Rondo's teammates now, such as KG (who doesn't pander to the media like Ray) or Dooling. Read
Jackie MacMullen's piece on Rondo where she gets varied opinions and tells stories that most media outlets ignore.
People see the incident with the ref and the one with Humphries and they assume that's all Rondo does behind closed doors. Instead, he's one of the most dedicated, team-first guys in the league. Talk sh*t all you want about his assist-padding or his game, but don't talk about what you don't know.
tl;dr Rondo IS NOT a cancer. Don't pretend to know about a player if you don't follow up on him often.
