In terms of just getting fame and money for doing little it'd be Kim K

In terms of actually achieving things with little talent I'd say Dane Cook. The guy is a terrible comedian but he managed to get pretty far with his act. And he wasn't a bad actor in Mr Brooks (where he plays a slimy blackmailing photographer).
