One of tha best and original video gamez of all time. Sonic makes his triumphant debut against D.r robotnik and his goonz. Tha blue hero who iz mad fast and can spin his way out of trouble better than any body else. He have to saved all his friends, collect rings and emeralds. From green hill zone to tha final zone brings out great gaming, an interesting adventure and journey that we will never forget. Tha start of a video game legend starts here folks.

my favorite video game franchise of all-time next to Super Smash Bros. I never really liked Sonic 1 all that much tho. its ok but the sequels are just so much better, I always preferred Sonic 2, CD, 3&Knuckles, Unleashed, Colors and Generations

Sonic is still fun to play today. I think when I bought my Genesis it came with the Sonic game. Great times as a kid.

Check out the streets of rage remake if you're interested. It's all 3 SOR games remade from the ground up made into 1 and you can play with any of the characters from any games plus Shiva and other characters. **** is free too. You can tweak the options in game options and misc options to make it "feel" whichever SOR you liked most.
