Its mostly the beat(Just blaze rarely lets you down) but its not like RZA doesnt have classic beats on his resume. And hes out there stumbling over an average beat with dumb rhymes about liquor brands and weed while people pretend hes real hip hop and Drake is garbage. But a LOT of his songs are just flat out better than the boring RZA reject beats and rhymes throw on some wutang records.

Lot of people fans my age act like are gods flat out dont put out music worth listening to.

Not all music is for the same situation.

Drake has his place. Hes a party rapper. A ride around middle of the summer rapper.

Also, no one who was in Wu Tang is no longer in Wu Tang (save ODB). These cats are doing high profile shows even now with all their members.

Did you read what I wrote? Your diatribe is aimed at what you THINK my mentality is. I could give a f&ck if something is mainstream or underground as long as it's GOOD (there is garbage in both areas). It just so happens that because most mainstream stuff these days is terrible because it is so corporate,and thus devoid of creativity.

To be fair, is Drake Soulja Boy, 2Chains, Gucci bad? No. I'll dial back my comment earlier that he "sucks". It's just that he's annoying because he's a cornball, he's mediocre and he was pushed by powerful industry interests into the forefront. All of that contributes to the strong dislike a lot of people have for him.
