Re: Official Grand Theft Auto V Thread
Just came from my friends house, had a few mooseheads and played GTA V. He got the copy at midnight, and am I ever jealous!
I only played for about 45 minutes and watched him play for an hour or so, and it was so much fun. We didn't even do any missions. The city is huge and we didn't even explore the desert or the ocean...I was truly mesmerized by how beautiful the environment was. So much to do; I heard the story mode is about 40-50 hours and to get 100% will take approximately 110+ hours of playing.
I will probably get my copy on Wednesday because my wife's mom birthday is tomorrow and we have plans to take her parents out to dinner. I got work in 4 hours hours as well, sigh.
Enjoy the game guys, I can't wait to finally play it myself.

Driving is really fun, I can drive for hours and it's so realistic. I really hate the slow cars and those big ass trucka doe

I stole a Ferrari and just drove around the city. Gonna do some missions and try to drive around the whole map tonight after work.
Driving is fun as hell, just gotta avoid all the traffic which I think is good for this game.

Can't wait to get home to cruise the city. Copped at midnight and played the first two missions.

It probably goes without saying, but if you really want to open things up a bit on the road, head out on some highways leading out toward the country. The traffic lightens up a considerably in certain areas.

That's the cool thing so far. I've put multiple hours into this game so far but have barely grazed the actual missions. Crazy.

I admit it, sometimes I try to adhere by proper street laws.

I do when I first start out the game (which I'm about to do). Get used to the new driving mechanics, enjoy the scenery, take in the storyline, etc. Damn I'm excited!!

I find myself doing it sometimes too.
