not really, the BIR will only not tax if its coursed through Goverment agencies like the DSWD, if it goes through any other source it will get taxed, and no one wants to let the relief goods go through goverment hands lest the f@cking politicians use it again for there ulterior motive

Im actually glad the united states refused to give the goods to local politicians, and actually bypassed all the red tape, its been 5-6days and they havent even organized anything and until yesterday I didnt start burying the dead. Im still glad the world is helping us and will try to do my part, Ive donated what I can and will donate my time this weekend to pack stuff.
