Basically the Heat were up two with .6 seconds left and Wade had to shoot two free throws. He bricks the first one and then throws the second one off the backboard to waste time, but it needs to hit the rim to start the clock. Combine that with bad defense on the inbounds play and you get the most needless loss I've ever seen.
