I came really close to buying a new laptop. But I just can't afford it right now. The closest thing I came to was a Lenovo Z510 w/ Haswell i5, aluminum, backlite keyboard, 15.6", touchscreen, 750GB or 1TB HD (can't remember) for $570. Plus the ship date was estimated right before Christmas. I'm sitting here thinking "Well should I try to take the deal and save over $300? Or just wait until next year when maybe the i5 Haswells will come down in price a little bit. Maybe not...

My personal preference for a laptop rightnow is aluminum or at least a matt finish (no gloss), 320GB-500GB HD (honestly, don't need 1TB), 15.6" to 17" screen, intel haswell i5 or i7 processor, at least 1 USB 3.0, Bluetooth 4.0. That Lenovo is the closest thing I found in my price range, but even then personally it's not worth it since my current laptop works fine.

So I decided to get some wireless Bluetooth earbuds which are considered the best ones on the market currently. $118, market price is $169.
