It's unfortunate that his only honest person in his circle passed away. If you listen to the interview he gave on The Breakfast Club he gets asked, "So who checks you in your circle? Who gives you their real opinion?"
And Kanye responded "God"

Re: Ye gets into it with Sway
Ye had like 3 or 4 interviews that day and I watched all of them... He is obsessed with making a clothing line and he is very upset that nike didn't offer him a larger platform after the success of the yeezys... Every question they asked him ended up with him talking about the fashion industry

Re: Kanye West and Sway argument
He does make good points but the way he delivers it is a turn off. And when he goes extreme in making his point its a bigger turn off and makes him look like a egomaniac. Maybe one day he'll learn and understand how to voice his frustrations where they are heard and not instantly turned off. Until then we get stuff like this which has reached a point of annoyance.
The Zane interview where he opened up was real good. Now every interview sense has been noise pollution.

Re: Kanye West and Sway argument
Kanye is an angry guy. That much is certain.
To me he is a prime example of someone drowning in fundamental darkness where his happiness isn't coming from his life of outside sources.
It isn't coming from within and he is frustrated by it.
Money, wealth and fame isn't doin it for him. I really hope he figures it out because at times it sounds like he is unraveling.

Re: Kanye West and Sway argument
Sad shit. Dude is one of the most talented hip hop artists of all time but seems like he has some problems. Wonder if he's just become delusional after fame or he was always narcissistic

Re: Kanye West and Sway argument
He's trying to be a visionary but there are two problems: 1)he doesn't know how to communicate/get his message across properly, 2)he overrates his own work.
But I can respect his passion and fervor.

Re: Kanye West and Sway argument
Man I would hate to interview this dude. I respect his passion and he is truly talented but he never answers any of the questions you ask the dude. It always turns out to him talking about getting f*cked over on a deal

Look what he married into. The most vapid, self absorbed situation you could think of. I would think it's hard to get happiness from that.
