It's a well known fact that Matt Bonner has been blackmailing Pop for years. There really is no other explanation, he gets a pass on everything and anything. He should have been cut YEARS ago.

Everyone always blasts Tim Duncan saying he's had so much help winning his championships. I really don't know why considering the longest tenured big on the Spurs besides Tim himself is Bonner. Seriously the man has manned the post almost by himself ever since the end of the Twin Towers.

Spurs have been ****ing awful this season. Not a single good win, and it's getting frustrating to watch. We even needed luck against some crappy teams.

And every time it's the same thing.
    Houston's for real.
    OKC's for real.
    Portland's for real.
    Indiana's for real.

All excuses. Sure they're all good teams... but the fact is SA is playing like shit. Zero effort from the starters. No defense. Bonner is still playing.

They have to play a lot better than that or they won't even make the playoffs at this rate. We won't be able to just beat up lottery teams for ever.

I imagine if they were in the Finals there would be a lot more buzz. I just think most people don't think they will go far? Well, at least not Portland. Indiana will get to the ECF for sure.

I get what you're saying, but I think you're being quite the pessimist.

It's the regular season, chill out. Yeah we got the best record in the west last season, but that was the exception, not the rule. I'm pretty sure nobody wants to play 7 games vs the Spurs.

Spurs fans hate on Bonner too much. He's the king of +/-

Hopefully Ayes gets benched and we see more Baynes and Thomas.

Spurs got clobbered. Too damn cold in SA right now, all them Spurs players were thinking about being at home in bed! lol ... For real though, Paul George went off. Paces are well rounded.
