Durant or LeBron. Give the edge to Durant at this point.

Don't know about a mile, but I think it is Lebron. Surprising to see how many people here are voting for Durant when LBJ is shooting 60%...

Didn't you read the thread about not trolling?

    Anyway:

You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later.

You're lucky, would've negged you for that comment...

Anyway, my choice is LeBron James

25-7-7 on 60% FG (wtf) and 41% 3P with the #2 seed in the East. Not bad, not bad at all.

Durant is definitely second, though. Westbrook is an extremely strong #2 option, though, and that will hurt Durant a bit in the MVP race. Why do I say that? Why do you think LBJ didn't win it in 2011 when Rose won. Wade was a powerful #2 option. Durant might be faced with the same problem come MVP voting time.

Let's not forget that a non Center/PF shooting 60% is unheard of. Especially if they're scoring 25 a game. I'd wager that it has never been done in NBA history; and that is, a non Center/PF shooting 60% and 40% from 3P while scoring at least 25 ppg. Hell, I bet it hasn't even been done while scoring 20 ppg.

John Stockton was the first candidate that came to mind, he had a few 55% FG seasons but he never scored above 20 ppg. In fact, during both of his 54% and 55% FG seasons, he scored 15 and 14 ppg, respectively.

    Lamarcus.

He has been outstanding this year and if his team finishes with the best record, he deserves it.

I'm more of a Lebron fan, but OKC's 22-4 record makes KD the right choice. KD is balling nasty too.

I'm going with Hibbert. without him, Pacers won't have the record that they have.

LeBron is at 25/7/7 on 60% again? Damn. I thought he dipped.

Wade is still a better player/sidekick than Westbrook. I don't see why having Westbrook will hurt Durant when LeBron has much better players on his team and that has never hurt him in the MVP voting. I think Rose won the MVP that year because the Bulls had the best record if i'm not mistaken. I have no problem with the MVP award going to the best player on the best regular season team.

Steve Nash won the MVP in 2005 with the best record in the NBA, do you agree with that?

Kobe won the MVP in 2008, despite the Celtics winning NINE more games, and having the #1 record in the league.

KG won in 04 with the #2 seed, blah blah blah.

So you see, it isn't that black and white, or is it?
