She actually threatened me if I did put the pictures up to sue. She called me baffled saying she spoke to "her boyfriends lawyer" and if I continue she would "press charges" some bs she made up. She wanted to scare me away. Thankfully my girlfriend who was pissed at me because she convinced her otherwise still played along and told my ex that I'm crazy and would do such a thing.

You can't willingly send someone something and then sue them to have it destroyed.
