problem with ipod - all playlists now only have 5-10 songs?
very weird. all of my playlists only have 5-10 songs in them, regardless of how many are in the playlist in itunes. and all songs are there in Songs, only the playlists are ****ed.
anybody have this?

i usually don't help out guys that showcase men underwear with a cawk print as an avy but ill make an exception, which ipod model do you have?

it's a 4 gig one... one of the squat, rectangular shapes one with a screen?

Go to your iTunes with your iPod plugged in. Make sure and verify USB is working. Locate that your iPod is recognized by the computer. Go to the music play list you want to update. Make sure all the boxes on the far left are checked when you select sync. Perhaps the boxes aren't checked.
If not, I suggest updating your iPod to the latest firmware. Repeat. If no luck, restore to factory settings then try again.

Hey guys,
I think I found the problem. Not that it makes much sense, but I think I recall it happening before and came to the same conclusion.
I think I uploaded more songs than my ipod could handle, and in doing so screwed with it's ability to keep track of playlists. I deleted a few songs and voila, problem solved.
