I hate bad cops and all but this article is super biased.

How do we know she wasn't being a crazy drunk who was able to somehow jump out of the car?

If you successfully jump out of a squad car after you are legitimately arrested the cops will pursue you and put you back in the squad car if not the full-fledged paddy wagon. I am not 100% sure she is a victim, lots of unknown facts right now but if this is a hoax it's pretty damn elaborate.
