Go for the Buffalo Chicken, or the Italian BMT.
The oven roasted chicken reminds me more of a soft rubber than plastic.

they don't have buffalo chicken where i'm at but is the actual chicken different then the oven roasted chicken. I wonder because the Chicken Teriyaki uses the same rubbery chicken as the oven roasted chicken.
Roast beef or subway club aint bad though

I almost mentioned the Club, but I usually only get that now when everything is $5 because it is a premium sandwich or whatever they call those.
Where I'm at the Chicken Teriyaki and Buffalo Chicken are the same chicken as each other, but are in the grilled chicken strip form (similar to Foster Farm's style frozen grilled chicken strips) rather than the rubbery oven roasted chicken form. Maybe it is the same chicken though, I'm not sure. It is possible that the rubbery aspect of it is hidden by the buffalo sauce or the cut strips exposing texture that make it seem less rubbery to me.

Looked it up. The strips and the patties do have different ingredients. I like the strips and don't find them to be the same rubber texture that the patties seem to have.
CHICKEN BREAST PATTY Chicken breast with rib meat, water, seasoning (corn syrup solids, vinegar
powder [maltodextrin, modified corn starch and tapioca starch, dried vinegar], brown sugar, salt,

dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken type flavor [hydrolyzed corn gluten, autolyzed yeast
extract, thiamine hydrochloride, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate]), sodium phosphates.
CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS Boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat; water, flavor (potassium
chloride, maltodextrin, sugar, autolyzed yeast extract, gum arabic, molasses, flavors, salt, lactic acid,
disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate, fructose, medium chain triglycerides, dextrose, succinic
acid, vinegar solids, thiamine hydrochloride and artificial flavors), soy protein concentrate, modified
potato starch, sodium phosphates, salt. Contains soy.

Can't say. We don't put sugar in the bread, all the dough comes in frozen. We just bake em.

The Buffalo chicken is just chicken strips with buffalo sauce on it. The Chicken Teriyaki is just the chicken strips with teriyaki sauce on it. You know the chicken strips that go with the chicken bacon ranch? We just take that then mix them with the sauce. Oven Roasted chicken is a whole different thing.
Also, subway bread gets old really quickly. Chances are most of you who've eaten there have eaten moldy break without knowing it.

Subway cookies are so bomb because after eating their shitty subs your taste buds get overwhelmed by anything with relatively decent flavor.
