Culture is not static. They are constantly changing. What Hip-hop culture was in the 80s was not exactly the same as it was in the 90s. The 90s weren't the same as the 00s and the 00s won't be the same as the 10s. Saying something is or isn't a part of a culture makes no sense.

Except this isn't really culture, it's just a fad, like apple products beginning with an 'i', selfies, twilight, wearing pants half way down ur ass, justin bieber, and countless other inanities perpetuated by dumbasses.

What is wrong with something being feminine?

The messages being conveyed in this thread suggest that it OK for a gay person or a cross-dresser to be feminine, but it is frowned upon for straight guys to be feminine.
