Don't know, kind of a hard question. Too many different genres and ways to interpret specific songs. A lot of difficult stuff out there...

Acapella Jazz groups are pulling off some ridiculously hard shit. Don't dig the message of gospel tunes, but musically that's as hard as it gets in modern western music...Take 6 - I Believe

Then you can take pretty much any standard an turn it into a song that's impossible to interpret for most humans. For example like this: Ella Fitzgerald - Stormy Weather

Or take a singer like Gretchen Parlato. Maybe a handful of people are able to phrase on that level.

Too many to name. Stevie Wonder pulled off some crazy stuff, too. Jesus Children Of America...he's doing everything himself on the track, the backing vocals are ridiculous.
