    Kobe, Durant, Lebron. everyone else is pretty much rated decently. some are even criminally underrated. but those 3 for sure are overrated.

    Carlos Arroyo for all 4 spots.

    I'm sick of hearing about this guy everywhere. All over ISH, all over the newspapers here, all over CNN, etc. He's really not that good.

    Yea he is definitely overhyped but not necessarily overrated. If anything he is underrated despite being overhyped.
