Superman & Batman Theory
I know we like to classify two All-stars teaming up as a Batman and Robin duo, but I think it's very short sighted when taking either player's skills into consideration, like a Shaq & Kobe or even Lebron & Wade.
To be clear, Shaq was more dominant than Kobe on their Championship runs, there's no doubt. Same for LBJ & Wade, but the importance of Wade & Kobe to their respective repeats can't be measured. They both have specific skill sets that make them both invaluable to their Team's success.
For comparison sake, take Batman, is he in anyway stronger than Superman? No, but what makes him so important among the founding members of the Justice League? Skill. Batman is the investigator, the interrogator, strategist and combatant of the pair. Yea, Superman has the hax repertoire and the superb genes, but he's hindered by self righteousness and abiding by a boyscout handbook.
Batman does not bow to such needs, he's determined by a drive that surpasses that of even Superman, he's not a murderer, but he definitely emits a killer instinct comparable to even the most terrifying villains, he'll kill you with his gadgets, his mastery of hand-to-hand combat, his knowledge of various other fields of his craft and he wont stop coming after you, even if it means hypothetically blowing up a planet.
The point is when you have two very talented players , one more slightly talented than the other by a margin shouldn't mean that it completely demotes the latter player to Robin status.
All respective parties involved have certainly proved they are not Robins in the least.

Shaq is obviously superman and the analogy works because Batman is a broody loner and so is Kobe.
But then when Shaq retired I saw him becoming a lex Luthor type personality especially to Dwight's questionable superman status. Although shaq is not as brilliant a man as luthor is (no one is), he sure got luthor's bitterness and jealousy.
Personally I think Dwight as more a trickster like the flash or a joker from a parallel earth (good guy version).

What's he going to do to a dude who can level the entire country he's at? What's he going to pull out of his little belt? They're not the same level when one of them can randomly wig out and destroy the entire planet.
