Is Eminem the the best lyrical rapper ever?

I've flowed with random underground rappers that were better than Eminem lyrically. Not saying Em isn't a beast, but just because he blew up like the great white hope doesn't make him a lyrical god. I personally find most of his lyrics and flows after his first album to be corny and forced.

He isn't the best lyrical rapper but one of the best.
But he is the Greatest overall rapper the whole package.
Eminem can rap in so many different flows and voices(angry,passionate,funny,serious) and the fact that he sometimes flow on beats that seem unflowable.

Some people consider 2pac as the GOAT and this is ridiculous.
Pac was great songwriter but technically Eminem murder him like damn.
And not only Eminem.Nas,G Rap,Jay-Z,Rakim and other.All are better than Pac at skills.Miles away better.

Eminem has the biggest impact worldwide in Hip-Hop history.
Rakim changed the game with Paid in Full but Eminem at his prime made Hip-Hop Famous in all over the planet.
He did concerts in latin countries like Brazil and in small countries like Switzerland and he had 50.000-100.000 people.He is the only Rapper with so many fans in all over the world
