Eminem is a lot higher on the all time list skills wise than a lot of people want to admit. But I dont think hes best. Far as straight lyrics Canibus is at least his equal and a number of people match or surpass them both.

2Pac wasn't a very gifted rapper at all in my opinion, wouldn't get in my top 50 rappers. Eminem is better but he's still not very near the top.

Big weenie is a horrible song, one of a couple on Encore where he straight up embarassed himself. Must have been ****ed up on pills.

Listen to Till I Collapse, Square Dance, Rock Bottom or Criminal. The last verse of Criminal is one of the best I've ever heard.
