Although it's damn near impossible for me to have it now(especially in the mornings)

    But something that's attainable.
    -3-4 eggs scrambled
-A side of meat(Sausages, kabasa, Turkey, etc)
    -Side of Greens
    -A pepper or two
-Piece of bread with some spread on it
    -Cup of OJ

Burrito from a breakfast joint around the block. Some horchata too.

That is my IDEAL breakfast, but eggs and toast w/ coffee would suffice.

Egg whites or egg cooked in coconut oil and a cup of coffee. In the summer I have a couple grapefruits a week.

    My ideal breakfast:

-Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes (diced), green onions, little pepper jack or other kind of grated cheese, maybe some avocado as a bonus
    -Strips of bacon
-Rice or bread, don't really care - just enough to eat with the eggs - oatmeal on the side isn't as tasty but is healthier
-A coffee and a water (or mimosa if hungover on a weekend)
