    One of two options

1 - scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, buttery grits and toast
2 - a hot, steaming bowl of pho

2 Egg Whites and 1 egg scrambled
    Feta Cheese on the Side
Ajvar on the side (essentially pepper spread)
Sujuk grilled on the pan (it's a form of sausage)
Sliced up tomatoes with some salt on the side to dip in
And a good piece of homemade bread
Along with a machiatto or ice coffee

I'm a sucker for really good lox bagels.

Ideally with smoked Scottish salmon on an everything bagel, cream cheese, capers, red onion and dill.

My typical daily breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with blueberries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Things like avocado, tomato, peppers etc I prefer to eat separately. I like to be able to taste all the delicious fat and protein of the main dish without any detractions, and then I'll enjoy the healthier items apart from that. Altho olives and jalapenos are always a welcome enhancement to the primary dish.

Plus nutrients are absorbed more effectively when theyre not digested in a hodgepodge of different ingredients. So usually ill eat spinach, tomato, peppers, carrots, and so forth whole before or after the main course.

Ideal? Like if I got out of bed and could magically wish for anything to be on the table? Then 2 chocolate chip pancakes, a side of bacon and home fries with white toast. Don't have time for that shit, but what I do really like doing is 3 hard boiled eggs, a couple ounces of feta cheese, middle eastern bread and iranian tea. Maybe a couple of pieces of cantaloupe and cucumber on the side. I usually rock that for breakfast a couple of times per week.
