Plus nutrients are absorbed more effectively when theyre not digested in a hodgepodge of different ingredients. So usually ill eat spinach, tomato, peppers, carrots, and so forth whole before or after the main course.
Avocados are ****ing delicious. Haven't you had some kind of sandwich with avacado and bacon?

just replace the coffee with fruit juice like orange or mango. then dip the dried fish in vinegar mixed with crushed garlic and pepper, and sugar.
