he Bulls made it to the 2nd round last year.
if anything the Bulls are worse than predicted
everybody predicted that Mavs would be some 7th seed team next year too.
The Suns, Blazers, and Raptors surprised me tho.

Bulls are definitely worse than predicted. People actually expected Rose to play this season and the Deng trade was just throwing in the towel. The fight that they have shown is admirable but in the end they aren't very good.
