BREAKING: Kobe to quit on team for rest of season

Los Angeles CA - Kobe Bryant will use his minor leg injury as an excuse to quit on his team and the fans for the rest of the season despite making 31M dollars this year.

Bryant, notorious for making excuses, either by putting down teammates or playing up his injuries to the media, tweaked his knee shortly after his return to the floundering Lakers, after faking an injury at the end of last season in a virtual playoff elimination game he was choking badly during. The Lakers ultimately won the game once he left, but failed to win during the playoffs, conveniently protecting Kobe's personal playing win %.

Bryant has the fans and thus organization wrapped around his finger and can shit on them at will, and the dumb fans thank him and protect him.

League sources believe this will continue on for the next two years of his contract, excuse after excuse being made for him not to have to go out and perform if the team is not successful.
