Honestly, this is embarrassing to watch.
He thinks Gordon Hawyward has changed his shooting form which has lowered his shooting %.
The reality is Hayward is just taking more shots, which is bringing his % down.
In his first years he was a role player in the offence, now he's one of their lead creators - which also means he takes a lot of BUZZER BEATERS.

Err, Coach Nick acknowledges that Hayward is taking more difficult shots as the focus of the offense. That is no reason for Hayward to have a significant drop off in 3P% in spot up situations.
