Actually the 10 point streak used to be a big deal. Over time it's been forgotten somewhat, but Jordan holds the records with 866 consecutive games.

I remember when it finally came to an end during MJs Wizards stint; it was a sobering reminder that age ends all careers, and sadly everyone has to get older
