That's because everyone overrated it after Ledger died. It has several huge problems that bring it down.

Two-face teaming up with Joker right after he kills Rachael just kills the whole movie in my opinion.

The boat scene is terrible.

Joker easily escapes imprisonment, then the movie ends with him being caught again... why should we believe he would stay locked up this time?

I don't mind you saying that you think TDK is the worst of the series because it's your opinion, but everyone overrated after Ledger died?

Ledger died before the movie come out tho. Everyone was spectacle that he would make a decent Joker until they saw the movie. Even when he died, they still wasn't sure. I don't think when Ledger died it affected people loving his performance in TDK and ppl love for the movie.
