My wife and I had a situation where a guy took a picture of my wife while we were waiting to be seated at a restaurant and his flash went off lol

I was not present when the actual flash happened, my wife had to tell me about it after. I could just see that the guy was blushing, embarrassed and pretending it didn't happen.

I didn't like it in the past with some of my past girlfriends, but with my current girlfriend, I have way more trust. I've seen how she reacts to guys hitting on her without her knowing I saw (example, coming back from buying drinks or from the bathroom and she didn't know I was on my way back yet).

Edit: Just read the full description of the OP, I honestly can't imagine my closest friends doing anything. If they looked, I wouldn't overreact because I know they wouldn't ever do anything other than find her attractive with zero intent (bros before hoes mentality I guess you could say). Acquaintances? That is a different story. They should know that my girl is off limits (and not going to work anyway), but boundary issues could end the acquaintance.
